There are two holiday resorts in Corfu island called Agios Georgios. One is in the north and the other in the south. To futher complicate matters Aghios Georgios (South) Argyardes is also known as Saint George. Agios Georgios is another
resort in Corfu with a choice of excellent beaches, popular with couples and families af all ages wanting to avoid the big crowds
and traffic. Situeted on the south west coast, 30 km south of Corfu Town and the airport (Transfer time: Approx 45 minutes).
